The only reason its not 5 stars was when I initially called, they couldnt assist due to high call volumes and I was scheduled for a call back
The only reason its not 5 stars was when I initially called, they couldnt assist due to high call volumes and I was scheduled for a call back. MiWay only called back 2 days later and I couldnt accept the call at that moment.
