The NtoWay with MiWay

This morning I had the pleasure of chatting to Ntokozo Mdunge in the MiWay retention department and she was of great assistance in ensuring that I drop the call with a smile and extra money in my pocket. She was helpful, professional and most importantly she was able to explain all concepts and/or my query in detail and clearly.
