The most useless insurance when claiming!

The most useless insurance company that its own interest is billing the customer(me) without serving me!!!<br> <br> I have a pending claim since early 2014. I was told that I should perform the claims separately for an incident that had happened with each having excess amount.<br> I've been taken back and forth by different claims department representatives. In my view, the entire team is not fami**** with the systems that their department uses because they provide me with different versions of stories. Someone from claims department requested me to come to Midrand. On two occasions when I called in, I'm told that it was a mistake by the previous person who was helping me. The person looked at the wrong claim.<br> <br> I feel that MiWay is useless because they make you feel uselessly small when you claim.
