The most inhuman horrible service ever

Horrible, horrible service from Miway. A claim that was lodged in September is still outstanding until now. Everytime I communicate to them it takes another 2 weeks before I get a response. The worst part is that they continue debiting my account every month but the vehicle still stands with damages.

I am honestly at the point where I don't know what to do with this Goliath of a company!!!!!!
