The MiWay agent, Mr Phatudi Mphahlele, who attended to my call in distress, was extremely helpful, kind, polite, and did the best he could to keep me calm. He was making interval calls to check if I was still safe and that help had arrived. Phatudi even made a follow-up phone call to find out if I made it home safely.
