The matter that was addressed as a matter of urgency

I was assisted by Selake who was very professional and friendly. He followed up my queries and made them a priority. He was so nice and he always made sure that he updated me throughout the process. I'm happy with the services he provided to me and in the end my complaint was addressed because of his assistance and contributions.
