The legal department called me up and the caller Sandile ****ubye, was honestly very friendly and professional. He explained all the things I didn't know or understand. He was speaking very clearly for I have a hard time to hear at times, and he explained ways for me as a client to win rewards and it was a great way to promote the company too. I honestly feel if the company loses him they will lose a great employee.
