The lady who answered my call,Keneiloe....I didn't memorise the Surname...,she was a champion employee of this Company because she gave me the best advice and an intelligent response on continuing with my insurance policy even though I have long finished paying off the instalment of my Toyota Fortuner. He expertise advise and a long lasting tolerance of her customer made me feel that other employees are not only doing their work for crying out loud,but they (she) display love and dedication to their work 👏 😀
