The Lady I spoke to was very friendly, cooperative and patient with me, as I had a problem with my landline connection and couldn't hear her so well at the beginning. Whenever needed, she repeated the question or statement, and on one occasion she had to repeat herself 3 times without a problem from her side. Thank you for the good service
