The home assist service is terrible
The home assist service is terrible. There's no consideration for the inconvenience. I could not have an oven plug fixed, followed by a malfunctioning garage door. The repairs were estimated at 3-5 days, because there should be an assessor who provides a quote followed by the repairs if approved. I fixed both and canceled the insurance.
