The height of incompetency at MiWay they are selling dreams not Insurance cover!

I am highly disappointed with the lack of competency at MiWay, after my accident, i was told that my car was a right off. I am comprehensively covered & also have Credit short fall on my policy, they have only paid a portion of my vehicle off at the bank, when in fact the entire amount should have been paid, i was told that they would attempt to contact the 3rd party which may take time. I need a vehicle asap and this seems to be a time-wasting tack-tick. I have been left to deal with an *********** individual who fails to communicate effectively. I am being sent from pillar to post and nobody can explain anything that makes sense & they don’t respond to emails either. Why have I been paying premiums for this kind of cover if MiWay won’t come to the party? I am highly disgusted by the manner in which they have handled my claim! It also shows a certain level of dishonesty on their part.
