The gentlemen was extremely helpful and went out of his way to give emotional support as well apart from the actual support to put my claim through. I am 63 years old and did not have an accident in the last 10 years and was very nervous but he helped me a lot and thankfully for that as I can take my car in for assessment t on Monday
