The gentleman (Ronny Gololo) that assisted me was so friendly Very patient with me and everything He advised me with the best possible solutions answering every question I had thoroughly He made me feel protected aswell from the third party and assured me that I shouldn’t stress and that accidents happen and we shouldn’t beat ourselves about them
