The first time I had to make use of my insurance due to a flat tyre. Not knowing what to do or expect, I simply went into my MiWay app and pressed the emergency button. There was an option for Tyre. Once I selected it, I only had to select a few answers. Within 10min the tow truck was there. As soon as we reached our destination MiWay consultant contacted again asking if everything is sorted and if I am OK. This was one heck of an experience with MiWay and Dylan the towing guy. Wow. I am so impressed. This was so hassle free. Thank you to MiWay and the towing team. Especially doing this on a Sunday afternoon. Smiles each call. I am so happy with MiWay and wouldn't change insurer even if it was free. Great work
