The experience was Fabulous. I called Miway having a problem with both my bakkie keys locked in the car. Sabelo Dlamini answered my call in a friendly manner and gave me assurance that I would be assisted. Barely 10min after talking to Sabelo a service provider contacted me from Melrose confirming that a technician was on his way. Sabelo made follow up several times. The technician communicated all the way too. On arrival the technician solved the problem in no time. There after Sabelo checked if l had been assisted. To me the service was swift and professional.
