The experience was exceptional. Mmapaseka was very friendly, patient and produced a high customer care. She listened attentively to my needs and tried by all means to meet them. She even went to an extent of informing me about MiWay products, the app and how much of a convinience it will bring to my life. It was such a pleasure to have been assisted by her. You could tell from the end of the phone that she loves her job, very much aware of Miway product offerings and knows customer care.
