The excellent service from the call centre agent
The call centre agent who was assisting me is Cathy Louw. she was exceptionally friendly over the phone. she assisted me with two of my claims and both were approved. She was very attentive to the unique claims for both claims and gave me really good advise. As i write this my car is in tip top shape. i also want to commend Miway itself for having approved all my claims over the past 4 years. i have never experienced any issues with Miway and i appreciate the rewards i get. Miway really is insurance i can TRUST!
