I would like to applaud the great service and patience by Busisiwe Manana who was an awesome assistance on my claim process. We battling to get the required documents to MiWay and she advised me on alternatives to achieve the objective and was even patient enough with me to stay on the phone till she has received the documents and not say she will advise once she has received the documents.
