The consultant, Tumelo Raneke, handled my concern/query with professionalism. He showed empathy with my concern and reviewed my policy and was able to reduce my premium to my satisfaction. He assisted me through the process with a good understanding. With Snr Consultants like Tumi, I can with ease recommend Miway Insurance as the Insurance company that goes the extra mile.
