The consultant (Tumelo Ramashala) was rendered an excellent customer service. He managed to properly explain and clarify the products and services they offer, including the benefits thereof in order for me to choose wisely. He was so professional, friendly and persuasive such that I had to change my previous insurance value option to the other one despite more premium due to the understanding instilled by this specific consultant.
