The consultant that was helping me was very polite and friendly
The consultant that was helping me was very polite and friendly. Due to the nature of my inquiry he was then escalated to the snr supervisor (Ms Cele) - who took over and made sure that I get the utmost highest service. I am happy with the manner they handled my query
