The claims rep that was assigned to me was initially very difficult to get through to. I have been assisted by many other people before I could actually get the assistance I needed. The process however was very stressful and I am disappointed in the approach that miway decided to take with regards to my claim. I am very unhappy with the entire process and the way miway makes a simple situation so difficult.
