The claim department, I had to deal with a very unprofessional claim assessor by the name of Bradley. He doesn't make any follow up's at all and it was soo frustrating because this is a business car and we wanted to finalise the claim. I had to escalate the matter with the team leader because my claim was not going anywhere with the guy and finally I was allocated Mokgadi who made sure within 30m we were moving and a lot of progress was made in that short time. She also made follow up's and believe you me MiWay needs a lot of people like her with integrity, professionalism. Everything was sitting there but Bradley was doing nothing. Today, I got a call from Molebogeng and she helped me to finalise the payment with efficiency and professionalism.
