The car keys got locked inside with my daughter and I requested assistance from MiWay Insurance. Thabang Letsoalo who picked up my desperate call was very helpful. Right from the moment I called to when the locksmith arrived and opened the car he was very reassuring as he called a couple of times to check how we were doing and whether the locksmith had communicated with us, which they had. I was truly relieved to know that when you need the Insurance to help in an emergency situation they’re able to do it, with the level of emergency and care required by the situation. It was a real awful morning but certainly made better by this level of professional and swift assistance. Thanks MiWay and Thabang
