The car insurance. I'd rather pay a high amount then pay for poor service

The most unsatisfactory wnd worst service ever. They wuick to give u deals but when i asked to cancel after phoning back n fourth then waiting on them to call back only me ending calling them back asking about my cancelation request. Eventually that was fone today but u guys are still deducting money from me practically *****ing my money fruad. I was sent proof of cancelation signed by head of client service this wont end here
