The car had a mechanical break down and I was assisted by a gentleman named Joshua who made sure that a tow truck was dispatched ASAP and because the car broke down in PTA and we were going to Boksburg, he made sure we had transport to take us home safely. He made a follow up call to check if we got home safe. The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend Miway. Great value for money.
