The call centre agent who took my call was extremely prompt and very efficient
The call centre agent who took my call was extremely prompt and very efficient. I had a flat battery and the company arrived within 5-7 minutes after my call to Miway. They were extremely helpful and very kind. It was a gentleman and a lady team who assisted. The call centre agent called me back to check on the service, he really deserves an award for his promptness, efficiency and kindness
