I just want to take the time by thanking the wonderfull service which i have received from one of the miway advisors Thapelo Masinga .<br> <br> I had a problem with inceasing Premium and the high access that i have to pay and my Premium have increased twice in a year and i have called miway and explained my situation to Thapelo that i wont be able to affort the increasing Premium and he have explained and have gone and extra mile in order to resolve my issues and he have manged to work out a better plan for me with a lower access and a good monthly premium that i will afford to pay .Thank you Thapelo for the wonderful and friendly Service i hope you will be rewarded for the good work that you do and the extra mile that you always go for your clients .<br> <br> I hope you were involved while i was in an accident my claim was not handled in the manner that you have handled the above mentioned Please Thapelo advise the legal team on providing feedback to customers and to try to resolve issues because it doesnt make sense to have an insurance while you must pay your own access even if you not at fault but you have a insurance that is suppossed to fight for you .<br> <br> Thank you for the wonderful Serv
