I have never been happier with any insurance company than I am with MiWay Insurance. Every encounter with Miway is fulfilling and pleasent each time. I have never had any hustles. I called them today to change a few things on my policy, and the call was a very smooth transaction. I spoke to Thamsanqa (hope I spelt the name correctly) first and he was really professional and friendly at the same time. He then transferred to Mpho Rabele and he made the experience even more pleasant. When I called, I just wanted to update my details, but I ended up with a discounted monthly premium just for being a Miway client.
