The best service ever, thanks Prenisha Naidoo

I would like to rate a service of one person that I interacted with at MiWay - Prenisha Naidoo, in the legal department. She was handling my claim, and as a third party, she treated me like I was a paying client. She was so honest and reliable in a sense that when she promise to give you feedback, she will always come back with a positive one. She is so proficient and knows her story. At one point, I called, frustrated, wanting to know the outcome of my claim as a third party and I ran out of airtime, as I was still talking to her. She called back immediately and continued helping me. I am yet to get my payment, but today I inquired again, she responded so quickly and attached proof that I will get my refund within the next 76 hours. I just feel that the world will be a better place, with people like her.

With her proficiency, I have now opted to switch my personal insurance from where I was to MiWay. Thank you Prenisha, for being my inspiration.
