The best service ever

I have been speaking to a lady called Yana De Ru I was soo happy with her service last year I was involved in a car crash and my car was written off so one of the days she called me requesting the car crash info to start with the legal staff because I was nit at fault, unfortunately I was not at my best and my daughter was admitted to a hospital and she was soo sympathetic she wished me well she gave herself enough time to try and comfort me and I was really happy about how the matter was handled. This year 2019 my new car was bumped I called her to try and get legal advise because the other insurance was not assisting me, she explained that the law doesn't allow Miway to handle the case if I am not claiming directly from them so I had to go back my self to the other insurance to try and make them pay. In this case she could not assist me but the words and advise also her patience was outstating this is really a woman to keep in the company her service is just out of this world. Thank you Yana the other insurance did pay out and my car has been fixed.
