We were discussing my premium and I was unhappy with a lot of things and my temper was rising I decided to end the conversation. But she was able to calm me down and worked out a rather better premium for me( I was ready to get another quote elsewhere)but because of the manner in which she spoke to me I was able to listen to her and she was able to calm me down.our conversation ended well. She's good at what she does.
