The awesome Lionel Moagi
Im Lynette Jacobs and a call center agent myself. I just called the Miway center and was assisted by the epiphany of what a Client service agent should be.Lionel Moagi. I guess I was his last call as I called now a few minutes before 18:00. I was impressed by his energy and geniune willingness to assist me. Really he humbled me as a Client service agent myself. He truly is an asset and inspiration. Thank you Lionel!!
