The assistant via their online chat was straight forward and friendly. It's unfortunate that MiWay however has been unable to contact me via email. My phone is broken and the claim I've made was for my phone. I provided them with my wife's number and mentioned that they can get hold of me via email. However I received an email that they were unable to get hold of me... I contact MiWay today via their chat so I'm hoping that the Claims Handler will contact me via email or via my wife's number today
