The Amazing Khotso
Khotso was amazing. I needed my policy schedule for the bank or rather proof of cover as he told me. He not only explained the difference and which one was needed, he went the extra mile and asked for the email address of the bank so he can forward the email himself instead of me having to do it. I really appreciated that extra initiative and his patience.
