The agents all seem ...

The agents all seem nice but the actual query takes forever to get resolved....the same query I'm waiting for a response since last week. Tlangelani Mculu was the worst experience I had out of all the agents as they seem to fob off and trying to end chat as soon as they can but all other agents were friendly. Why I gave 1 star is my query is still not resolved for almost a week now. My scratch and dent cover is approved but with an amount that is under quoted by repairers which means I have to fork out extra money of my own. And just found out my scratch and dent maximum cover does cover the quote. And the quote was done by a Miway approved repairer....I am currently waiting for Miway accessor to inform me where they suggest I go for the amount they approved and this is why I'm waiting so long for a response....As I figure there's no professional repairer that would quote the low amount they wish to pay me...
