The agent I spoke to Noluthando was very pleasant, she gave me additional I formation which I was not aware of on my policy, she wasn't overbearing when I requested for certain items to be removed from my policy
The agent I spoke to Noluthando was very pleasant, she gave me additional I formation which I was not aware of on my policy, she wasn't overbearing when I requested for certain items to be removed from my policy . She was also very helpful which I appreciate because some agents can be insistent and not listen to what the client wants.
