The agent I dealt with (Delton Jacobs) was very friendly, patient and eager to assist. He transferred me to his supervisor (Anathi Ndum-Ndum) who went out of her way to contact a third party (Ford) to get the details required on my vehicle and finalize my assessment. I though her suggestion was very forward thinking and showed real determination to make me happy as a new customer. I received a call this morning from Anathi and all is now sorted. 🙂 Top Top service from MiWay. Will be contacting MiWay later this week to add an additional vehicle.
