The advicer was very nice to me, took everything from the assessor and made sure that he wraps up the claim within an hour by getting all information out and finalising it

The advicer was very nice to me, took everything from the assessor and made sure that he wraps up the claim within an hour by getting all information out and finalising it. What I didn’t like is that I had to send them a text to follow up for them to finalise. I would like next time to make it a priority to keep me posted until it’s finalised. Thanks.
