Thato Rakoto(Madiba) - Excellent Agent!!!
Excellent service from Thato Rakoto(Madiba) she was calm, explained everything to me in detail and answered every question I had. She made me understand why my premium increased and put me at ease. The lady we assisted me the previous day was just useless and lazy but Thato Rakoto(Madiba) is a bomb. More recognition needs to be given to exceptional agents like her, going the extra mile and being relatable.
