Thapelo is excellent

On the 05th November 2015, i phoned Miway to request them to do things my way as they say in their advertising slogan. I got to speak to a good guy by the name of Thapelo. From the beginning of our conversation until the last word, one could deduce that He is indeed a guy understanding how to deal and handle cusstomers. He did not adviced me otherwise, he listened to my request and excecuted as i requested, it was as if i was instructing him, he did things my way. Keep up the great attitude my man, a lot of customer agants can learn from you.
