Writing in to thank Oratile for the awesome service he has given me.

He took me through the process thoroughly, explained what needed to happen, gave feedback on why the car was now a write off, offered to send the assessor report (which I declined). Argh, all this I figure is part part of his job.

I loved how prepared he was, when he started taking me through SASRIA, I remember asking for the policy wording and he promptly took it out, and allowed me to scrutinize and ask questions to my hearts content.

I appreciated most about him was the humaneness he showed me through this whole process, he kept reminding me to not panic when I was five to losing it. When I was all dazed out in Soweto at the accident scene, I appreciated how he nicely told me a taxi was about to bump me and I snapped out of it. I appreciated how calm he was, and how he'd throw in a line or two just to get me laughing to ease up what could have been a teary recount of the accident.

Thankyou to you for the awesome service rendered. Usually ke tla re le kamoso, but I am not trying hey, ima stay as far away from Soweto as I can :-)
