<p>I called to request a cross boarder cover note. Mpho assisted me and his conversation was very friendly. Further to this he sent the cover letter whilst i was still on the phone.</p> <p>He also went ahead to send a confirmation of cover valid for 3 years as a proactive action, since he mentioned that TFS will most likely request this letter on my return.</p> <p>Thanks Mpho</p>
