I received phenomenal service from Enock at MiWay car insurance today. He was very considerate, helpful and took all the stresses of lock down into consideration. It was refreshing to feel like I was dealing with a helpful person on the other side of the phone, which has not always been my experience when dealing with call centers. He took the time to understand my situation and did everything he could to help me out when I really needed it.
