I was stranded in Mamelodi when my car wouldn't start. The very minute I submitted a road assistance request, I got a call. I thought the service would be slow on a Sunday but Thato called in less than a minute and kept calling every 30 minutes to make sure that I was okay because I was scared. It took a while to troubleshoot because the issue was not what I thought it was, but the service provider and Thato went out of their way to ensure I leave that spot before dark. Super grateful for this!
