I had a complaint against MiWay after not receiving assistance when I needed roadside assistance. After lodging the complaint, MiWay acted swiftly to investigate my complaint and came back with their findings. They apologised and referred my matter to Mathapelo Matjiane. Mathapelo provided the best client service to me. She took the time to understand my problem. She explained everything to me. I was on the verge of cancelling my policy but after talking to her I decided to stay with MiWay. She reminded me of why I chose MiWay in the first place.
