This has turned into such a bad first experience of actually needing my insurer to do their part. MiWay - why does it take an entire WEEK to finalize my claim? Opened claim on Monday, MiMobileZa only got all the info on Thursday, now MiMobile request a POP but then only proceed when the payment reflects? Where is the logic here? And of course they are with the slowest bank of them all - FNB. Now I have to wait till Monday/Tuesday to have this finished. I've done my part TIMEOUSLY for 6 years with MiWay, now you take a week to do yours...

My job is to pay you the right amount, on time, every time, or you suspend my cover. Why don't you hold yourself to the same standard, MiWay? You'll sit and happily collect my money when I don't need you, but then take a whole week to do your work when I do finally need you. The nature of any claim is desparate and requires fast action!

I just want to know - should I always expect turn around time on claims to be a week+ with MiWay? I've never claimed in my life before, but holy smokes, surely there's a higher standard than this?
