I would like to thank Nicholas Hennessey, an assessor from Miway Insurance who oversaw repair work on my vehicle.

From the moment I met him, he was professional, courteous, and attentive. He listened to me, assured me, involved me every step of the way. And he did everything that he promised to do.

Truly, he went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Today, I collected my vehicle from the panel beater, and I am beyond happy with the end result.
