Thanks for nothing
After 10 years of being with MiWay, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from MiWay Car Insurance. Their customer service is completely unhelpful — I’ve made several attempts to get assistance with my policy, but each time I’ve been met with long delays, poor communication, and no real resolution.
What made things even worse was the attitude of one of their agents, who was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic respect and a willingness to assist, but that clearly isn’t a priority at MiWay.
I’ve wasted time and patience trying to get the support I deserve, and at this point, I would not recommend MiWay to anyone looking for reliable, customer-focused service. I sincerely hope they improve their staff training and customer care processes, because right now, the experience is completely unacceptable, and I have resorted to cancelling as a result of unhelpful and inconsiderate stuff.
Best regards,
The MiWay Team

Thank you, Amanda, for the call and apologies for ending the way that it did because there is still no solution. I’m very disappointed with MiWay’s rigid and outdated payment system. They refuse to cancel my debit order and won’t allow me to make manual premium payments, even with valid reasons.
This lack of flexibility makes it extremely inconvenient for customers who prefer or need alternative payment methods. It feels like the company prioritizes its own processes over customer convenience. MiWay really needs to modernize its billing operations and give clients more control over how they manage their payments. For a company in 2025, this level of inflexibility is unacceptable.
