Thanks for assistance

After numerous attempts trying to get through to someone to assist me at MiWay Insurance I tried Miway's Web Chat on their app. By this time I have been so frustrated that I wanted to cancel all my policy's with my Miway. After some frustrating communication back and forth I was connected to a senior MiWay Representative Lerato Mathabe who did call me after a short chat and assist me with my problem. Thanks Lerato for sort out a problem which was created by someone else negligence.
